3rd trimester

I can hardly believe I am in my 3rd trimester already, or so the books say......
This pregnancy has gone bye so fast. Maybe because we waited until the 2nd trimester to tell everyone or maybe because I am so busy with Vera I don't have as much time to think about it?
To celebrate my 3rd trimester I went to a step and weight lifting class! Yes, I have managed to exercise this whole pregnancy and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
I had a fantastic 2nd trimester with hardly any symptoms but they are starting to return...
I have to potty all the time again. Sleep is a little tougher due to him kicking me, crazy dreams, horrible leg cramps and him getting bigger. The most change is my hormones (just ask poor Clay)..... I can not control them. My sciatic nerve is the same but manageable. My hair is still growing in dark, yuck. I guess it is just my body preparing for Charlie to come!
I have an appointment next week so stay tuned for some awesome ultrasound pictures!

our home

Yes, it is true we are buying a home. We signed a contract last week and are set to close the 31st of March. We have had a tough time with on post housing and decided enough is enough. Plus we are moving from 1200 square feet to 2100 square feet! I am so excited to have more space for our family!.....
It's going to be busy these next few months but I am looking forward to the move and it will make the last trimester go fast! We moved when I was 7 months pregnant with Vera too. I am a pro at moving since this makes #9 for us in 6 years. My Mom and Dad are coming down to help me out too! My Mom will watch Vera and my Dad will do the heavy work while I supervise! TEE HEE

"A true Johnson girl!" Vera's Great Grandma Johnson owns more jewelry than anyone I know. It is a passion of hers and it has trickled down all the way to Miss V! She got into my jewelry box today and had a blast. I better go out and get the play jewelry before she gets used to wearing Tiffany's!

My Mom left Saturday morning back to cold Ohio. We had a great week with her! Clay and I got a few date nights, shopping, house hunting and gymnastics! Vera loves her Grandma and can't wait till she gets to spend some time with her in March!

Yes, she is saying OFF! I discovered this when I was turning off her humidifier and she said off! She says it when we turn the lights off and when she wents down. Clay and I are so proud of her! Now its on to more words!!!!

Our friends, the Rains Family came in for the long weekend from Hunstville, AL. Amy and Clay were stationed together in Colorado but mostly Iraq. They have a beautiful daughter, Addison who I got to snuggle with during dinner!

15 months old

Vera had her 15 month well check up today. The best part is.... NO SHOTS!

Weight is 25 lbs 7oz 80%
Length is 31 in 60%

I was thrilled to hear her head is finally in the charts. My big headed baby is finally growing into it! Clay calls me "big head" (don't worry it doesn't bother me) all the time because, lets face it Clay and I have big heads....
