Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays-
Clay, Vera, Avery, Abbey and I are heading to Cincinnati this week. We will be gone until the New Year! I will have limited access to the internet. I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope you have a great New Year! I will have many pictures and great stories to tell when we return.

Big Day Out...

Big day for Mommy and Daughter...
I took Vera to the gym today and we walked along the track for 2 miles. This might not mean much for most of you but for Mom's you know how exciting this is. We used the baby bjorn and she slept the whole time. I have a long way to go before I get into my pre-pregnancy clothes but it is a good jump start!

Wrapped around her finger.....

She is only 3 1/2 weeks old and she has him completely wrapped around her finger... This was our big night out on Friday. We went to Crackel Barrel for dinner with Vera! WHOOOH

I love her

I just love taking pictures of her.. I hope you don't mind! She is such an alert baby for a 3 week old. This is how she is after every feeding. HAPPY and FULL! She is so adorable in her bunny suit. It was so cold here we had to bundle up for the grocery store!

Vera had her first doctor appointment today. She weighs 8 pounds 7 ounces. She gained 1 pound 4 ounces. She is 21 inches long. She grew over 1 inch. Her head is 14 1/2 inches. She is in the 85% for her height and 75% for her weight. The doctor was very impressed with her reflexes and how alert she was. The doctor says we are doing a great job!

Miss You G-Ma

Grandma Carol left today after helping take care of Mommy and me. She helped Mommy with house work, cooking, laundry and would help rock me to sleep every night. She loved holding me, changing my diaper and giving me kisses. I can't wait to visit her in Cincinnati when I get to meet the rest of my family....
p.s. Don't worry Grandma, Mommy and Daddy are giving me tons of kisses for you!
