goodbye fort rucker

The family said goodbye to Fort Rucker!
And... we will be saying hello to Connecticut. We are going to be stationed in Connecticut where Clay will be working at the Sikorsky helicopter plant.


Job Description:Deputy Program Integrator for the ACAT 1D Black Hawk helicopter program valued at over $6.6 billion responsible for delivery of combat-ready aircraft to the Warfighter. Directs two multi-functional program support teams (PSTs) totaling 24 civilian and military personnel that provide contracting manufacturing quality engineering and earned value management support. Responsible for delivering aircraft to the Army that meet or exceed all performance cost and schedule requirements of the contract. Leads the PSTs in a performance-based environment focused on achieving the Program Managers (PM) desired outcomes. Serves as principal advisor to the PM for in-plant contractor surveillance. As a UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot responsible for conducting government acceptance maintenance test flights on new production aircraft.
So we have been house hunting and will be moving to Trumbull Connecticut! No house yet but we hope to find something great for our family! We are looking forward to our new adventure and some SNOW!

Awesome!!! I love your tradition of getting pictures in front of bases! I might have to steal it... LOL! We will be missing 3 places though. You all are amazing! Connecticut is pretty cool. My family lived there for awhile. BEAUTIFUL! Good luck!
