Charlie and Vera love to workout with Clay and I... Vera asked everyday when we are going to excersise? Got to love that! Check out Mr. Charlie helping Mommy do lunges and Daddy doing pull-ups! He just had to be just like us and put the headphones in his ears!

It's great you work out in front of the kids and include them. They will grow up loving to work out and be healthy. I can't wait to start working out again (and I can't believe I just said that). I will be starting P90X when we get settled in GA.
