grandma
Hurricane Ike came through Ohio and did some damage including a week long power outage. When my Mom told me she would not get power for a few days I convinced her to come down to Alabama to visit us. Thank God she did because both myself and Vera have been sick with the flu this week. Here are a few pictures of Grandma helping Vera feel better!

I didn't realize how much damage that Ohio had gotten. It sounds like it was perfect timing though...hope you both are feeling better!

my Mom was only out for about 2 days so it wasn't so bad. it's crazy how many places it got! i didn't see anything. just clear skies and a little extra wind!
