crossfit

Clay and I have embarked on a new journey together... CROSSFIT! Wow, what an amazing way to stay in shape. It is the most hard core workout I have ever done but I LOVE IT!
Charlie even enjoys the workouts! With the owner Kevin

rowing

double unders (twice around while jumping)

toe to bar pull ups

wall balls


box jumps and push press

kettle bells


overhead squats and ball slams
