We took the kids to their first baseball game on Father's Day! They did fantastic and we got to watch the whole game! GO RED'S!!!

As most of you know I LOVE my gym, Crossfit Trumbull! My team, The Miss Fits won 1st place at the Gladiator Gauntlet! I love this group of gals and we love working out together! So proud of my team and my gym!!!!

I took Clay on a date to the Red's game. Seems pretty easy to do for most folks but not when you live in Connecticut. It interesting being an away team now but everyone loved Clay's Rose 14 jersey and were very nice to us! We brought home a win that night too!

cross country

I survived traveling with two kids alone from two of the busiest airports in the country! No one offered to help the whole time, but then again I was determined to be able to do it by myself anyways... Kids were great and minus the time change when we got home we had a blast!

trip to the er

On our last day of the trip Vera and Charlie decided to have a pillow fight... Poor Charlie feel off bed right into the bed side table with his forhead. I will spare you the pictures but his skull was exposed it was so deep. I rushed him to the nearest ER and thankfully it was a clean enough cut they could dermabond it back together! Charlie was a trooper, unlike his sister who was an absolute wreck. She felt so bad that he hurt himself and was so freaked out by all the blood. It since has healed and the scar looks great! I'm impressed that this was the first time we have been to the ER to stitch something up on Charlie!

Charlie has not been interested in the pool until this trip. I believe the heated pool had a lot to do with it. So, now he loves the pool, loves to go under water and has taught himself how to swim!!!!! look out summer here we come. We also got to meet up with an old friend (a groomsman in our wedding) Rob who lives in LA. Now we are all grown up with kids...
