We are getting used to the weather in Connecticut. We live in such a beautiful town and are embracing all it has to offer!

The kids were soooo excited for Santa to come! Borus (our elf on the shelf) read them a goodnight story and said goodbye till next year! Charlie was up at 5:45.... Good thing we didn't head down till 7am!I LOVE Seeing Christmas through their eyes!

We feel so lucky to have been selected for Clay's new job and location. When we found out we made a bucket list of the things we wanted to do while we were in the New England area....
Got to mark one of our # off the list within two weeks of arriving! What a joy to experience Macy's Santa Land with the kids!
We also walked to see Rockefeller Center to see the tree, lights and ice skating!

My parents flew the kids up a few days after we moved to CT. Movers delivered on Monday and we were unpacked and moved in by the end of the week! Kids loved an early Christmas with the Grandparents! Vera got an American Girl doll that looks like her and Charlie got a power wheels dune buggy (he calls dune bugger)!

One of the requirements I had for our new home was a COOL backyard so the kids could have plenty of room to play! Even in the cold they LOVE it!

Epcot was our last day of the vacation and we were all smoked by that day... Not a lot of pictures, sorry. I knew I was about to drive 24 hours in two days and drive through 10 states, yuck...
