My Mom says I need to explain to my blogger friends that Vera and Charlie's friendship is not stagged. That all the pictures of them hugging, holding hands and playing together is TRUE. I don't ask to get pictures of them loving each other, they just do it for me! Clay and I are so blessed to have kids that love each other!

While walking the 1/2 mile walk on the pier we watched two storms on each side of us move away from the beach! Perfect timing and we got the beach all to ourselves!

Clay took some time off to spend some much needed R&R with the family! We took a few days and went to the beach! Our first night was one of our favorite resturants, Red Bar and walked to the beach to watch the sun set! Beautiful night!

charlie horse

Another pilot Clay flies with has a few horses that stay at the Equestrian Center on post. He invited us out to meet them and Vera was lucky enough to get to ride one too! The horse is his daughter horse named Charlie! Vera was thrilled! The Dad asked Vera if she wanted to ride Charlie and the look on her face was priceless, NO I don't want to ride my brother!!!! It was so funny!
